Cross the pier and step aboard! After receiving your ticket and checking in at the reception counter, wait for departure at a cabin onboard or the surrounding area.
Meet your travel companions in the lounge, which is modeled after a cabin onboard a ship. Decorations including travel luggage, a global map and an international clock further enhance the excitement for your journey.
Conference rooms are themed after port cities of the world. Note that each conference room is labeled A to Y. There is no Z conference room, signifying that the journey is never-ending.

OFFICE AREA
This important conference room is modeled after a compass, which determines the direction of a journey, because it is used for meetings to determine the direction of the company. It will always point you in the right direction.
Making full use of the mega-floors, which have 5,488 square meters of floor space each, we have created an open workspace that eliminates barriers between departments as much as possible. The communication area further catalyzes exchange beyond department boundaries.
A space dedicated to facilitating focused work, including a high focus room, individual workstations, and private booths suitable for web conferences.
MEETING ROOM AREA
This large space has the room and functionality necessary to hold both internal and external events. Just like a lighthouse, it serves as a landmark that "lights the way", and is used as a base by many people involved with SEGA SAMMY.
Conversations are more lively in this conference room, where SEGA intellectual property and actual game machines are displayed. Meetings aimed at reaching big goals are sure to get lively in the conference room expressing the Sammy brand worldview.
JOURNEY'S CANTEEN
The employee cafeteria is modeled after a lodging house, and is intended to wipe away the weariness of your journey. It offers a menu including a buffet, as well as a variety of dishes. It also has a few playful features, so you can satisfy your hunger and your curiosity at the same time.
The bar is modeled after a bar on a wharf, where people meet to exchange information and bond with each other between journeys. It is a place where people can play baccarat, pool and darts, and also hold events such as company parties and preview events.
FREEPORT
Around the large counter at the center of the entrance, people gather and naturally strike up conversations. It is also a place where chance encounters and unexpected ideas occur, transcending boundaries between different teams.

Various people are welcome to use it, including those who prefer a flexible workspace, individuals seeking a creative brainstorming environment, those in need of a change of environment, or those who simply want to engage in conversation.

TUNNEL TOKYO
This membership-based workspace can be used by start-ups and individual entrepreneurs. This is a place where SEGA SAMMY Group employees and external talent can make direct contact with each other, giving us the opportunity to create new business and ideas.
STREAMING STUDIO: SOZO STUDIO
The concept for SOZO STUDIO lies hidden within its name; it takes its letters from “Sega Optical Zenith Originals” (in short, top-quality video content produced by SEGA). At SOZO STUDIO, we seek to merge the ideas of creation, imagination, and broadcasting to deliver captivating experiences to all our fans using videos and livestreams.
Floor Area: 65.8 m² (708.3 ft²)
A high-performance studio which facilitates the streaming of high-quality video content, fully equipped with cutting edge technology as well as a green screen and blue screen.
Floor Area: 54.1 m² (582.3 ft²)
A mid-level studio functioning as a subsidiary space to STUDIO A, also equipped with a green screen and blue screen.
Floor Area: 37.4 m² (402.6 ft²)
A studio that facilitates 24-hr. streaming capabilities for more casual video content such as live gaming streams. Able to livestream content played on PC/PS4™/PS5™/Nintendo Switch™/smartphone.
Motion Capture Studio in Haneda
The studio was newly established in September 2018 in Nishi-Kohjiya, Ota-ku, Tokyo.
It is one of the largest and most spacious studios in Asia, designed from the ground up by our employees, and is capable of handling all the filming for a wide variety of development titles of our group companies.
Real-time previews of the performers' movements are immediately reflected on the monitor, making it easier to visualize the finished 3DCG image. Not only the movements of the people, but also props and sometimes even the movements of the large-scale set itself are captured.
The studio is full of passion of SEGA as a long-time motion capture operator, such as flooring material is designed to make it easy for the performers to move and well-equipped faicilty for taking wire-fu action.
Shinagawa DOCKYARD
Shinagawa DOCKYARD is the new development base for SEGA amusement machines.
This name encapsulates the idea that if the Osaki office is a "grand harbor," then this is the "dockyard" where the ships are made.
Building on more than half a century of creative experience, Shinagawa DOCKYARD continues to innovate and create new value. We hope that the "ships" we build will take customers on new and exciting voyages.
